My father took 8 hours out of his day to come to this dealership. I paid $335 out of pocket for a third-party inspection they coordinated. I got pre-approved for financing at their request — even though dealership. I paid $335 out of pocket for a third-party inspection they coordinated. I got pre-approved for financing at their request — even though I offered to pay cash. Their own staff emailed me on April 2nd saying "I have some great news, call me back ASAP." That same day, they sold the car to someone else without a single word to me. When I followed up, the salesman admitted in writing that his sales manager was aware of other interest in the car and deliberately chose not to take my deposit. No call. No text. No chance to respond. They wasted my father's time, pulled my credit, took my inspection money, and then sent a "great news" email while closing a deal with someone else behind my back. I have every text, every email, and the receipt. Still waiting on a response from them. More
