Sales rep was not honest about the vehicle I leased. I offered fair ideas for resolution and the sales rep (Dan) and sales manager (Brian), did not even discuss this with me. General Manager (Jerry) never returned my call or email. Will not return to Taylor Ford in the future and do not recommend them. Mistakes happen but they have no desire to fix the situation. More
