Terrible customer service. The vehicle I purchased had multiple problems, under warranty, Jerome made every excuse not to fix it, even going as far as to call me a liar. I had The vehicle I purchased had multiple problems, under warranty, Jerome made every excuse not to fix it, even going as far as to call me a liar. I had to argue for weeks, to finally get it fixed. However, he still hasn't reimbursed me for the tolls the service department incurred while test driving my vehicle, although he assured me he would. Jerome also does not return calls/emails. You have to call the receptionist and make them hunt him down while you hold, or just show up in his office to get a response. More
