Btw while I was in waiting area a customer was complaining about a previous issue and had to return to get corrected. She went on to explain about the tech she was dealing with was rude. When Jermaine came out to talk to her I was shocked because I never had that experience before. He was very polite and answered her concerns and apologized for her previous visit. He told her he had a brother that worked there as well. Jermaine goes back to service area and the brother happened to come from sale floor and she stopped him to say the Jermaine was the rudest person she has ever dealt with. He apologized for that but was shocked she meant Jermaine because he had never heard that about him. I chimed in as well like that Jermaine? She started laughing because she was joking. She wanted to see the response.. Again Jermaine is very polite and professional every time I have come there.. kudos to him🥰
