Every time before check out, they also detailed explain the results of "Complimentary Multi-Point Inspection", that is very helpful, so you will know your car current status. Last time when I was checking out after my car service had been done, I asked Bill Randalph some questions about my car alarm setting since this car alarm behaviors is different with other Nissan car. He was very nice and patient. Not only answered all my questions, but also spent more time to go to other cars to show car alarm settings. I had an excellent experience at Conicelli Nissan. No quality control I purchased a vehicle for my mother from conecille nissan about three months ago and I will be taking the car in for the 4th time tomorrow morning f I purchased a vehicle for my mother from conecille nissan about three months ago and I will be taking the car in for the 4th time tomorrow morning for air conditioner issue. The first time, after waiting 3 hours, the service department told my mother they didnt have the part to fix the issue and that she should rent a car and go home. First of all, why would they sell a car that they didnt thoroughly check to make sure everything was functioning properly; secondly, why do they not have the part to fix their make and model; and lastly, why does she have to rent a car for their mistake? They ended up ordering the part and gave her a rental car on a later date. The second time I took the car in because the air conditioner was blowing hot air, Jermaine assured me that they checked the problem twice and they didnt find any issues. As I got on the highway, the less than cool air turn hot. And by the way, I noticed that the passenger air bag was off with someone sitting in the passenger seat. I will be taking the car in again on Monday. I actually chose this dealership to purchase the car out of all the other dealerships in the area because a so called friend is a salesman and thought he would have my back. Well, I can say that person is no longer a friend. I also had to correct the amount financed while in the finance office. The final number was inflated by a few hundred dollars. More

Service for my 2016 Pathfinder I took my 2016 Pathfinder in for service and state inspection and tire rotation on February 20 2017 i was in and out in about 1.5 hours.
