This has turned into a nightmare. I bought a vehicle without a test drive as I live a good distance away. I went off their word that the vehicle was excellent had the vehicle shipped. I bought a vehicle without a test drive as I live a good distance away. I went off their word that the vehicle was excellent had the vehicle shipped. The vehicle showed up on a heavy equipment hauler, not a car hauler and the bottom of the vehicle was torn up during loading, a tire had serious gouges in it. I called Beaverton car company and they told me that the hauler had a million dollar insurance and they would take care of it. The next day i took it for the initial drive and immediately knew the transmission was shot. I bought there because they advertised 3 month unlimited mileage warranty. Well, I took it to the dealership and after diagnosis discovered the transmission needed to be replaced. From here it only gets worse as the car now sits at a local repair shop, not the dealer 3 months after purchase waiting for a transmission (used I'm assuming) and because the damage on the vehicle was only 900 dollars and their copay is a grand, I have to go after them myself and they never answer the phone, or respond to emails. Guess I will probably be out the 900 and have to fix the car myself, that is if I ever get it back. Will not buy from them again. More
