First of all they were quick to respond to messages and were good at following up. I was asked what it would take to get my business and were able to meet my request therefore earning my business. After everything was said and done Liberty reached out every so often to see how I was enjoying my new car and if I needed anything. We initiated our communication via email correspondence in which he answered every one of our questions. It was impressive! We had dealt with other sales people in the same manner, and received either no response or only part of the information we requested. When we met in person, he was professional, thorough and just so pleasant. Upon vehicle delivery, Jeremy was great in taking the time to explain the Subaru's safety features and functions. The vehicle was perfect inside and out, and all accessories were accounted for. Rob Bontemps was also very knowledgeable and helpful! This has been the best car purchasing journey we have ever had!!
