I scheduled my oil change and tire rotation on-line with a special price. When I arrived the special price was not offered and I had to ask for it. I even had to show the service manager the price through a special price. When I arrived the special price was not offered and I had to ask for it. I even had to show the service manager the price through my app. He gave me the price but seemed unwilling. The service was quoted for an hour. The actual oil change and tire rotation took about 90 minutes. I also asked for some help with My Chevrolet app. The service manager said he could, but must have forgot as soon as I walked away.
