With 10 grandkids and a busy life I needed a vehicle with more room. I just did not want to deal with a “car salesperson experience”, I dreaded even walking on to a car showroom floor. I finally did what I had to do and showed up at Crown Acura in Clearwater. Evan Lantry introduced my husband and I to Bill Knopke. There was no pressure to buy and no fast talk. Bill was knowledgeable, answered my questions, showed me some SUV’s and explained the differences. He was very professional and patience as I needed to sell my 1996 Integra first, that took almost 2 weeks. Bill kept in contact with me, still giving me more and more information about the RDXs. It took several trips to Crown Acura for me to really make up my mind. I purchased my perfect SUV on 04/15/2025. This was such a fun and wonderful experience. On our visits to the showroom Evan Lantry always made a point to ask if he could assist in anyway, answer any questions or anything. We were always offered coffee too! We love coffee! Once we made a decision, Jay Rudio prepared all the financial and necessary paperwork. He was very professional and efficient. He explained each and every document we signed. We appreciated that. Jeremy Stebbins was prompt in getting in contact with me to schedule the 9H Ceramic Coating. He worked with me, as we had some conflict in available days, to bring our RDX in for the coating process. He also was professional and courteous and helpful. All in all, buying this vehicle from Crown Acura was a fantastic and enjoyable experience. Over the years we have heard some terrible experiences from friends and family who visited other car dealers. There are too many people to thank here because the buying process feels like you're meeting lots of new friends. Specifically, Sophie, Chris, Evan, Tim, and definitely Luke. Luke is an honest, no pres buying process feels like you're meeting lots of new friends. Specifically, Sophie, Chris, Evan, Tim, and definitely Luke. Luke is an honest, no pressure, no xx, patient, and knowledgeable sales associate ("car salesman" historically sounds too sleazy for Crown!). Between Evan, Luke, and Tim, I was sped through the process with transparency at every step. Thanks to Tim's wizardry, I was able to get into twice the car while lowering my payments. Luke took care of us from the time we arrived until I saw him waving goodbye in my rear view. I highly recommend Crown Acura for sales and see Jeremy in service! Specifically, Luke. Thanks for the new ZDX, Luke! I'm proud to be part of the Crown family. More

Not only is he a consummate professional, he is an amazing person. He’s not in it for the sale. He cares passionately about Acura, but he also cares the same for his clients. Jeremy Stebbins helped me during my recent visit. He was very patient, friendly, and helpful. I had no appointment, and came in just a half hour before close. I felt bad, but he simply smiled and ass He was very patient, friendly, and helpful. I had no appointment, and came in just a half hour before close. I felt bad, but he simply smiled and assured me that I was in good hands. I was back on the road in an hour and my tire was covered under my warranty that i purchased. Couldnt be happier! More
