I plan on keeping this car for a year and then upgrading and if I do, it will be here. Such an easy process. I've been to a lot of dealership and have buy and trade-in multiple vehicles past few years, but nothing has ever compared to the team at Jaguar Land Rover of Minneapolis. From the time I walked in there, to the time that we drove off the parking lot with a new vehicle, we never have to wait for longer than 5 min at any given point. I can't say the same for any other dealership I've been to. I would credit most of these amazing experience to our sale guy, Jeremy! He is one of the most genuine person I've met. Went above and beyond for us. Even when we were going through our doubt/buyer remorse and thinking of returning the purchased vehicle to exchange for something else. Jeremy made extra effort to go in during his dayoff to look for a replacement vehicle for us to consider. This man need to get paid more for doing such great service to his customer. It's not just us that he was taking care of or given the special treatment. I saw him running at one point while taking care of 2 families at once during test drive. Super awesome person!
