No pressure tactics Just purchased my new Mazda 3 from Adam Dean at Colonial Mazda. Adam was very helpful and professional and never once pressured me into buying a car. This is my 3rd Madza and I refer others to the dealership At the end of March, I traded in the last gift my dad gave to me pretty much before he died unexpectantly, my Lexus 450H for a 2016 Mazda CX-5. It w At the end of March, I traded in the last gift my dad gave to me pretty much before he died unexpectantly, my Lexus 450H for a 2016 Mazda CX-5. It was a bittersweet moment on a cold and snowy March day. Honestly, I hated driving the Lexus. I missed my CX-7 I had previously and happily sold to a dear friend who also loves it. I was welcomed back with open arms by Jeremy the Service manager although I haven't needed more than regular service on my past two Mazda. John was my sales advocate and did a great job coming in with a fair price on my trade and getting to a number on the new car. My friends often bring me along to dicker with the sales geeks because I actually enjoy screwing them to the wall. This dealership plays fair. John's family drives two Mazda's and was very helpful choosing between the 2015 and 2016 models. They were great about installing the bike rack hitch and bumper protector two weeks later as discussed. I have 1000 miles on the car and have loved every minute being back in my zoom zoom SUV. I did look at a Certified 2014 X3 at the local BMW dealership to compare. I liked the CX-5 Better and they were way out of line with the trade amount. In the end, everyone at the dealership is solid. John was caring, professional, and great to work with on the deal. The big deal here is when you buy a car, does the service department make you "WANT" to come back. The answer is a resounding YES. I have sent plenty of my friends here. On the next girls night, it is going to look like a Mazda dealership! More

second Mazda purchase I had a 2010 Mazda, also purchased from Colonial Mazda-I had been thinking of trading it in but it was not a priority. I brought the old model in for I had a 2010 Mazda, also purchased from Colonial Mazda-I had been thinking of trading it in but it was not a priority. I brought the old model in for service, while I was waiting I asked about trading in, the service dept. said hang on we will get you a salesperson-then I was introduced to John McNeil. John is a wonderful person and a friendly knowledgeable salesperson and funny as heck. John gave me many options and answered all my question and made my decision very easy. I felt very happy and confident in my decision when I left the lot. John has also followed up with several calls and has made me feel like he really cared. Fred was also very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I have always enjoyed my experience with the whole staff, the service department is wonderful-Jeremy is always so friendly and helpful, and I am happy that I can continue dealing with them in the future. I will definately recommend this dealership and the Mazda car to friends and family. More

AWESOME !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I walked into Colonial Mazda Monday Feb.16, 2015 with my daughter, son and my daughter's friend. Was greeted by Adam Dean. I told him what car we were I walked into Colonial Mazda Monday Feb.16, 2015 with my daughter, son and my daughter's friend. Was greeted by Adam Dean. I told him what car we were interested in, Mazda 3, but was not sure which model. From that moment on, I felt an instant connection. Adam went out of his way with his knowledge informing me of all my options. I felt as if we were friends, not just another car salesman!!!! Hats off to Adam Dean!!!!!. Saturday Feb.21, 2015 I drove off in my Mazda 3 Sport. Most definitely will recommend Colonial Mazda and Adam. More

I Keep Coming Back!! I just picked up my new Mazda. It's my second CX9, my 7th Mazda, and SIXTH of which I've purchased from Patrick Larson and Colonial Mazda. Buying fr I just picked up my new Mazda. It's my second CX9, my 7th Mazda, and SIXTH of which I've purchased from Patrick Larson and Colonial Mazda. Buying from Pat is always PAINLESS: No empty promises, no price changes, and always a fair deal. He and Fred Cook in finance always look out for my best interest and offer the best lease or buy options. I had been burned before by car salesman, but these gents took all the fuss and stigma away, proving there are honest, great people selling cars today. I have recommended Pat and the dealership to family AND friends, and both have bought cars from him. I will continue to do so in the future and I encourage anyone out there who's looking to buy or lease a car to visit. It will be a great experience. I'll be back! More

Thanks to Adam and his managers, Dave Adam and Roy Morel, it was an excellent deal for the Honda Pilot that I purchased. I truly felt like Adam treated me like his friend from the first time I stepped foot in the dealership years ago. He has kept in contact with me ever since. I'm still a very happy customer with my second car from them. It even only took one afternoon to finalize the purchase and drive away to be a big surprise for my son!
