I definitly would not go to this dealer again! They try to rip you off on your trade in. There offer was$9,000 less than the dealer I ended up going with! He stayed late to help us, even on delivery, to make sure we were set up well, both of of phones connected and ready for a safe drive home in our new Cherokee. Jeff in Finance could not have made the process any easier. Quickest completion of documents for delivery either of us have experienced. No pressure to buy, just information on options, time to review and ask questions and rapid completion of the rest of the process. All we met were super organized and efficient. How staff perform is largely based on how they are treated and the company values from the top down. Clearly, the Sullivan's are truly kind and generous, and spoken of highly by staff. This was definitely the best vehicle purchase experience we have had. We will be back. More
