HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I would NOT recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from Berger. The salesman I worked with treated me with disrespect and offered no help. All I needed was I would NOT recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from Berger. The salesman I worked with treated me with disrespect and offered no help. All I needed was to turn my lease in, which takes less than 5 minuets, and all Jeremey would do is make up any excuse not to help me. His first question he asked me was if I was there to buy a vehicle, which wasn’t even directed at me, it was directed at the receptionist because he didnt even greet me (like any good salesman should) when you lease a GM vehicle, you can turn it into any GM authorized dealership, I know this because I used to work at a GM dealership. His excuse was that he didn’t have any room to store my vehicle, and tired pawning me off to any other dealership. Now if he really didn’t have room to store my vehicle there’s still something he could have done, or at lease tried to do. I bet if I were there to buy a new car he would have all the room in the world to store my car. I was not there to buy a car today, however I will need to buy a car in the future and I will not be buying it from this dealership nor will I recommend anyone to conduct business here. All because of one bad apple. More

We needed transportation that we could depend on at the lowest cost. Our first lease was 2015 to 2017 - we had a Cruze and loved it. Our son was able to get us a little better car, higher off the ground, 3 yrs lease with no money down and kept our payments the same and our Insurance cost went down $250 a year! We love our new car - 2017 Trax! More

Overall Good Experience Showed up expecting to test drive a new Impala, but after sitting in the vehicle, it became clear the car wasn't for us. Jeremy was able to find a cou Showed up expecting to test drive a new Impala, but after sitting in the vehicle, it became clear the car wasn't for us. Jeremy was able to find a couple of Malibus that fit our wishlist, though, which ended up working out great. We left the first day without any hassle. We returned the following day expecting to complete the deal, but there was an issue with our GM Friends and Family number. Jeremy was very helpful, though, and walked our family member through the online process to get the number taken care of. Cecil got a us a great finance rate (one we didn't ultimately end up needing, but it was still quite appreciated), and when we returned to finalize the paperwork, everything went pretty smooth. All in all, it was a very good and fairly easy experience. EDIT: The confusion previously discussed in this space was cleared up. Our experience at Berger was positive start to finish. More
