I thought the service was done correctly but, they had a hard time finding my paperwork when I picked up the car. I had to ask for help when resetting several of the computer functions. But they did help af hard time finding my paperwork when I picked up the car. I had to ask for help when resetting several of the computer functions. But they did help after a short wait. I’m not sure they did the recall work as it still shows incomplete. But it can take several days for Ford to update the system. I will be checking on this issue next Monday. Thanks. More

I called about a recall. They said that they would order the part and call me at the end of the week. Three weeks later I called and they said the person I spoke to retired a They said that they would order the part and call me at the end of the week. Three weeks later I called and they said the person I spoke to retired and “ I guess nobody called”. The service experience had been improving, but now I guess I will have to go back to Sunset Ford. It’s a shame since purchased at least 9 vehicles there. More
