Experienced a very unfavorable ordeal, in which I don't hold the Dealership as a whole of circumstances they are not aware of and we sincerely hope that a solvable conclusion may be attained.My first prob hold the Dealership as a whole of circumstances they are not aware of and we sincerely hope that a solvable conclusion may be attained.My first problem is after a price quote of 36999 how did the price jump to $40,000 and the MSRP sticker was removed from this Brand new vehicle and was never produced after I requested plus I did not have my copy of the sales contract in which Anas Lazaar pointed to a envelope on his desk and said the paper work was in the envelope and after outside I realized that the envelope was void of the sales contract and the Compuer was malfunctioning and was not printing because I stated aibout all the add ons that need to be reviewed previously but it was told to me that I could pick up my papers the following day and they weren't ready so I called The Finance institution and they mailed me copies of both the contract and the service agreements and in all my endeavors to meet with Mr. Lazaar to cancel the numerous addons I have been met with hostile resistance and excuses of being with other customers,and I don't need the delay tactics to circumvent the the legally simple conclusion that is mandated by the matter of fundamental fairness by law More

We knew what we wanted when we first came because we had already gone to another dealership. As soon as we came in, Elijah was able to assist us and address all of our needs. I was very disappointed with the treatment I received as a valued customer by the finance manager using deceptive practices about the MSRP when the car had no manufacture sticker on it and all the add ons t a valued customer by the finance manager using deceptive practices about the MSRP when the car had no manufacture sticker on it and all the add ons that weren't discussed and no copies of the paperwork were supplied and when I requested them the service contract copies still were not supplied,so I had to receive copies from Space Coast Credit Union the tactics used by the finance manager was a strategic to deny my opportunity to change the add one which were applied by the finance manager without the proper discussion as to the specifics as to each one severally which in my perspective amounts to the elements of the deceptive practices law,and has totally severed the high satisfaction expectations that were always exemplified from past relationships of business iterations,I will rectify the discrepancies in the coming week within the allotted time mandated by Florida Law More
