Yes it took a few calls as I had purchased the additional warranty and maintenance options. This is our second time going to get a truck from Ken Grody. We still have our 2016 Ford 150 and shes still a beauty and hasnt failed us. I am a car dealers dream. I love cars and trucks probably owned some where in the neighborhood of 60 new cars. So needless to say I've dealt with many car dealerships sales people etc. At Ken Grody Ford I had Jeremy France from the start of this process being that I'm 500 Miles away pictures, speaking on the phone and texting was how we worked together. Let me just say I would never buy another Ford from anyone but Jeremy and Ken Grody. Jeremy and the staff were fantastic (Samantha Grody in Finance was amazing as well). During the process Jeremy was working with me even on his days off as was Samantha. I am thinking about opening an office in Newport Beach (not in the car business) So Ken look out I may try and steal him from you.
