Working with the Service Department at Berlin City (Jeremy and Brandon) is an Ideal Customer Experience! There Customer Service is Great--they really know how to treat their customers! In all of my (Jeremy and Brandon) is an Ideal Customer Experience! There Customer Service is Great--they really know how to treat their customers! In all of my experience with them, they always go above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. I would not consider going to any other place for service. I too work in Customer Service and I am very critical about my experiences and I have to give them a big KUDOS for their dedication to their customers! So with that said--"Thanks Jeremy and Brandon for providing me the Ideal Customer Experience!! YOU ARE GREAT! More

Though I drive a Ford, I broke down 400 miles from home and took my truck into the Chevy service dept. Jeremy greeted me immediately, told me that servicing my truck would be no problem and took it right i and took my truck into the Chevy service dept. Jeremy greeted me immediately, told me that servicing my truck would be no problem and took it right in. He knew I was far from home and wanted to get me back on the road ASAP. They diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. My only problem was that I had an extended warranty with a company that was not honoring its agreement. Most dealers would have told me that the warranty didn't cover the service and charged my credit card. Jeremy read the agreement and spent the better part of 2 days fighting with the warranty company on my behalf. He loaned me a car so that I would not be stranded. I can't imagine another service department or another service manager going to the lengths that Jeremy did to accomodate me. He is a true professional in every sense of the word and he has a commitment to quality customer service that is backed with integrity. I know all dealers promise to be on your side but Jeremy walks the walk. What could have been a disastrous trip turned into a great experience (not because I broke down) but because my faith in the American commitment to quality is restored. Jeremy went above and beyond my highest expectations. He dealt with the warranty company for me. I never had to be involved and I have no doubt that had Jeremy not been the professional that he is, I would have ended up paying that bill. This is actually my second experience with Berlin City. Both times the service was professional and friendly. I would be comfortable giving them all of my business in the future. More

For buying a new truck, its like everywhere else, you have to barter. They are very friendly and are willing to work with you. Tim Chapman was very honest with me and worked with me very well to get a have to barter. They are very friendly and are willing to work with you. One other thing if you need service speak to Jeremy Demers at the service department. He is very good at his job More

I called at 7 am in the morning to report a bad wheel bearing and Jeramiry took good care of my problem. He gave me a loaner and fix my truck asap, and I was back on the road the next day.The whole exper bearing and Jeramiry took good care of my problem. He gave me a loaner and fix my truck asap, and I was back on the road the next day.The whole experiance was trouble free and is one of the major reasons I trade at Berlin City chevy since 1999. thanks, Doug More
