Service Advisor was fine. Service Manager Jeremy stated they would contact Toyota Corporate at see about handling ingoing issue with truck SINCE I purchased and never did. Had to call Toyota Care myself and contact BBB and NYS Attorney General and Department of Consumer Affairs to try and get this rectified.
