Quick, friendly and efficient. Easy to make the service appointment. Only negative is I don’t like the surcharge for using a credit card. Especially my Ford credit card. Made appointment for a Saturday service was completed within an hour. The only complaint I have is I was charged more than the amount in my service completed text ($118.90 text showed due but was charge within an hour. I came in 2 days in a row. Once for the truck and once for the Edge (both for the works). It took 1 hr for the truck and 1/2 hr for the edge, both had appointments.
