Purchased a lemon 1. 5 yrs ago and have not had any success in receiving and appropriate fix. All parties agree I shouldn’t have as many parts replaced as we’ve needed to, 5 yrs ago and have not had any success in receiving and appropriate fix. All parties agree I shouldn’t have as many parts replaced as we’ve needed to, but no acknowledgement of a computer or system issue driving it. Most recently had it in for service over several days. Car was returned with no fix, an addition 300+ miles registered, and an empty tank of gas. Was told to contact Consumer Affairs. More

Very professional. We bought a new car with an undercoating package. They could not do it right way but agreed to come to our house in another state and pick it up, do We bought a new car with an undercoating package. Originally my wife and I were looking at a Sportage, but Maxx -- correctly -- told us we could get into a larger Sorento for not a whole lot more in terms of cost. Maxx was helpful without being the typical always-be-closing car salesman stereotype. In our case, he provided ample pictures of the vehicle through email so that my wife could view it (pictures are not on the dealer website). He went through channels when I came up with an alternative purchase method (No, I'm not a low-credit report person looking for help) and helped shepherd that through to a conclusion that saved us, literally, thousands of dollars on the purchase price. The Sorento is in the process of having the protection package applied. I will pick it up next week. I am confident I will be happy with this purchase. During World War I Prussia's greatest military honor was The Blue Max. We'll give Maxx an honorary membership for his service. More
