I explained what we were looking to do and our current vehicle situation and he was very honest and told us to come in the next day for an appraisal on the trade. The following day he checked with me to see when we were available and made sure that it would be convenient time for us. Once there my husband was given all the details. Gastonia Dodge went above and beyond on the trade and made the whole process seamless as my husband was the one at the dealer and I was at work. Jeremiah was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly not pushy or overbearing just trying to close the sale. I would rate this the BEST car buying experience ever and that's saying a lot as this was our 9th car purchase since 2008. (I know, crazy right).
