First-time solo car purchase a breeze with Jeremiah! I wasn't in a rush to purchase a vehicle nor (honestly speaking) did I think the Grand Cherokee was a true contender. I wasn't looking forward to the experience even though I was just looking because I know how it can usually go. Honestly, I almost left without even checking out the interior bc I was so overwhelmed by the selections and the anticipation of a negative experience. Jeremiah had already greeted me and pointed me in the right direction but let me explore on my own and I figured it was worth a chance. I was pleasantly surprised that there was nothing about Jeremiah that compared to your typical car salesperson! I left that day with the information I needed to research some more realizing that the Jeep was a definite contender. Over the next week, Jeremiah was very helpful and responsive with such a great deal that I moved forward with the purchase and couldn't be happier! The overall experience was nothing like most dealerships and I would absolutely recommend Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM to anyone I know! More

I arrived and Jeremiah was so helpful on everything. Jeremiah told me everything about the car, the reviews and took a test drive. Even stayed until we left (well after the dealership closed). James the financial manager was very quick and helpful as well! He provided me with the ins and outs of the warranty and extended warranty. Very patient with my questions and my kids that were there with me. Made us feel welcomed and felt like family! When my husband is ready to purchase his vehicle, we will be coming back to Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. Great customer service overall!!! More
