Jeremy was such a genuinely awesome guy to work with. He made a terrible situation (a car that went kaput on me) into an absolute daydream. Well today I seen a Nissan truck on there website for under $12000 section and so I called and made an appointment to come in. Well when I got there I was told that Jeremy was busy and they could help me under $12000 section and so I called and made an appointment to come in. Well when I got there I was told that Jeremy was busy and they could help me. Yeah more like help themselves, the truck that was $8900 was all of a sudden $13900 and the year went from a 2013 to a 2017 and I was told that both the trucks look alike. Really both of them had the same stickers, roof rack leather seat and scratch mark on the radio.. so needless to say I got in my car and left. To bad Matthew’s Nissan I was going to get that truck but not anymore yall are rip offs More

I would give 0 stars if I could. Sold me an unsafe used 2015 BMW. Faulty fuel injectors, engine misfire and missing parts. Would not negotiate with me when I got the car home, spe Sold me an unsafe used 2015 BMW. Faulty fuel injectors, engine misfire and missing parts. Would not negotiate with me when I got the car home, specified strict Tennessee's lemon laws. Run the other way. No way that car should have been sold. I am partially culpable for having a mobile used car inspection service and not a BMW specialist. But I question the ethics or competency of selling a car in that condition. Looking at least $4K to make car drivable. More
