Purchased a 2024 truck that had scratches on it. At time of purchased, we agreed to bring back week later and they’d take care of it. After taking to them, I received call that it was done. At that point, I made them aware that I was going to take it elsewhere to be fixed because I did not trust them to get it done at this point. Asked to be reimbursed and dealership refused to do that. $200 and they wouldn’t make it right. Jaquan was great to deal with but was unhappy with the process all the way through otherwise. More
