RE: car had problems with starting. Kelly in the Service Department carefully reviewed the issue with me. . She was most attentive to the customers concerns that the starter solenoid w Kelly in the Service Department carefully reviewed the issue with me. . She was most attentive to the customers concerns that the starter solenoid was not functioning as designed. Kelly offered the alternative of a re-built starter, if it was required. The car then went through a complete check-up by the qualified Honda mechanics.on site. It was determined that the problem was with the battery. A new battery was installed. The customer picked up the car later in the afternoon. The whole experience was most satisfactory. Additionally, the customer save a significant amount of money because of the trouble-shooting of the Honda mechanics. Well done Hoffman Honda Team. More

Unsatisfactory service. Automobile was given a AAA battery boost and delivered with service request for battery replacement and full inspection and oil change. Also verbally reinforced on delivery. No battery replacement done. No call was made to customer during service by the service technician. Customer only received a text that the car was ready. Up on arrival at the dealership, customer inquired about the service rendered. Service technician had no idea that a battery replacement should have been undertaken. No consideration was given for the inconvenience of having to wait while Battery Replacement was undertaken. Also, battery is only two years old and was previously installed by the dealership. This battery should have been at no cost to the customer. Be that as it may - it is still unforgivable that a car that needed a battery boost from a towing service - that the service department was made aware of - to start it up did not have the battery examined and replaced as requested. Jennifer was extremely helpful, in getting our recalled fuel pump tested. She managed to get us in and out in a reasonable amount of time, and notified us immediately after the work was done. It was one of fuel pump tested. She managed to get us in and out in a reasonable amount of time, and notified us immediately after the work was done. I have never given a negative review to my local business but I have to this time. A extremely bad experience. I will write down my long story and update here as soon as I have time.
