Jimmy Britt Chevrolet, is a great dealership to buy from! I live in Gray Court South Carolina and saw a vehicle there I was interested in. I called them and spoke with several managers there and they were v I live in Gray Court South Carolina and saw a vehicle there I was interested in. I called them and spoke with several managers there and they were very helpful to me. They listened to what I was interested in and did everything to make me feel at ease. One of the managers was kind enough to make me a video of the car and send it to me! The whole group of people from the managers to the finance manager to the salesman went over and out of there way to make my buying experience a great one! Thanks again for all your help! The employees of this dealership are amazing. Dave Smith in Sales, Matt in Finance, the service dept and Jennifer in customer service were all so professional. I called to see if they still had Dave Smith in Sales, Matt in Finance, the service dept and Jennifer in customer service were all so professional. I called to see if they still had a car shown on website. Dave Smith responded immediately and gave me all the details. The next morning I drove to dealership and all transactions went smoothly. Matt in finance does a superior job. After having the car two days there was a problem with driver side door lock and mirror. Service dept immediately told me to bring it in. Crystal in service is very professional, she got me a new car to drive and kept me updated on the repair. Jennifer in customer relations kept checking with me for any issues or if she could help in any way. This is the 2nd purchase my family has made from Jimmy Britt and we will continue to buy from them. Thank you Dave, Matt, Chrystal and Jennifer Connie More
