I purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion SE Hybrid from Jennifer Spiegel. Let me just say first and foremost: if you are shopping for a car from Phil Long, just save yourself time and ask for her up front. I'm sure there are many great sales people on the PL team, but my experience with Jennifer was nothing short of fantastic. Not only did she make the entire process bearable (and if you've ever shopped for a new car, you know a visit to the dentist is typically more fun), but she went above and beyond by delivering the car to me personally because the car I wanted wasn't at the dealership, and I'd have had to wait around for a few hours for it to get there. She even stuck around in the cold to make sure I knew how to use all the advanced features of the car. As for long term after-sales support, we'll see. I've had the car for less than 2 days, so take that into consideration. If I remember, I'll come back in about 6 months or so and document my after-sales experiences. Also want to say that I went through the Costco auto purchasing program, and folks, it's for real, and you're going to save real money. Even if you're not a Costco member, the money you'll save is well worth an executive Costco membership. More

After looking over the Ford website to find the available options needed, I submitted a request through Edmonds to find a local dealer to help with the purchase of my first new vehicle. With no experience buying new I was mentally prepared to get "sold, adjusted and modified" in the process but Jennifer met my need in every detail with no need for further negotiation! The whole process was so overwhelmingly smooth I left the dealership with my new truck feeling a little guilty for not experiencing the abuse I had anticipated. They did not have an exact match for what I needed and Jennifer took the time to find it at an out of state dealership, brought it in and still gave me the best price match I could find searching dealerships up to 600 miles away! There was a common sales thread at the other dealerships I attempted to buy from that included come on in, bring your trade and we should be able to get "close" to the best deal I had found in Kansas. None of them with the exception of the Kansas dealership would give me a final out the door price minus my trade but Jennifer. I was able to literally buy it over the phone. I had researched my trade in and knew exactly what it would take to do the deal. The first offer was only $500 below my expectation and it only took about 90 seconds to get me what I needed.
