Waited over 3 hrs. Granted, they were busy, due to spring break, but I was never told I’d have that long of a wait. I told them NOT to take my car thru the car wash. Th Granted, they were busy, due to spring break, but I was never told I’d have that long of a wait. I told them NOT to take my car thru the car wash. They didn’t listen…they took it thru the wash. It was WRITTEN on my slip, not to wash it. When it was finally finished, I drove all the way back home, to Harford county and notice they didn’t put a new sticker on the windshield, telling next maintenance. I drove all the way back to the dealership to get a new sticker and all I got was a simple, “sorry”….no “Can I give you an accesory, of your choice, for free?” Absolutely NOTHING was offered. I dread when it comes time for an oil change or tire rotation, knowing I have to go to Jerry’s and hope I don’t deal with more nonsense and poor customer service. More

They took there sweet xxx time to complete the work that had to be done and had me wait unnecessarily amount of time to get my car back!!!!!
