This dealership’s service is terrible. I was told that the manager in the service department would call me to speak with me about the squeaky breaks in the Atlas SEL 2025. It has been se I was told that the manager in the service department would call me to speak with me about the squeaky breaks in the Atlas SEL 2025. It has been several weeks and no one has called to address my concern about the breaks squeaking! The customer service from the managers is trash! They don’t care how the car works after you drive it away! I have video proof of the squeaky breaks and multiple ghost emergency service calls! But that does not matter to the dealership! I have brought this new vehicle to the service multiple times and all they could tell me is that the material used is very cheap. VW knows that the breaks squeak and nothing will be done! I will never purchase another VW! I will never recommend this brand to anyone! Toyota and Lexus are better options! More

This location provides a level of customer service that far exceeds expectations! Mike was fantastic with scheduling maintenance, advising what maintenance/repairs need to be completed and followed throug far exceeds expectations! When I purchased my vehicle here 2 years ago, I received the same level of expert advice and assistance! I’ll be looking to purchase another vehicle in the near future for my daughter, this is where I will be to make that purchase! More

After I bought my second VW there was leaking from sunroof, they kept telling me there isn’t loaner car since 2021 until two days ago I told them that I spent over 60,000 $ in their store. I’ve been t sunroof, they kept telling me there isn’t loaner car since 2021 until two days ago I told them that I spent over 60,000 $ in their store. I’ve been told by Mr Adrian that when they sell cars they says that loaner car will be available to buyers but the loaner car isn’t for everyone. If I got a chance I’ll sue them after talking to my lawyer. During these 2 years the leaking caused more damage to my car which will coast me 4000$ because they don’t give loaners cars to anyone.as I have been told. I set some days longer than 3 hours on the chair waiting. Never Ourisman never VW again. More

Amazing experience This was my first new car purchase. I have been intimidated by people’s talk about how car salesperson are the worst service providers confusing and r This was my first new car purchase. I have been intimidated by people’s talk about how car salesperson are the worst service providers confusing and rushing people into buying. My experience at this dealership is the complete opposite. I wasn’t rushed and everyone was very cooperative especially Jim who went extra mile to make sure I had a pleasant experience. I definitely recommend this place. More

Great Customer Service My Honda van had over 200,000 miles on it. It’s been cross country from California and out of Country there and back to Canada. It did it’s duty. So, when it died we were going to stay with Honda because it was so reliable. The Salesmen at Honda were just as reliable. My husband and I were very happy with our experience. Jimmy was very knowledgeable about the car which was basically like driving a computer! He was patient with us and answered all our questions. In the end we knew we were staying with Honda but also knew we were staying with this dealership! More

AWESOME experience I came over to this dealership with some cash, a motorcycle and needing finance. I really challenged this team and I thought I would walk out of there I came over to this dealership with some cash, a motorcycle and needing finance. I really challenged this team and I thought I would walk out of there with nothing. Well, they proved me wrong. Brandon Jester and Jennifer Smith simply turned the world upside down and I got my awesome Honda Accord. Brandon is as cool and helpful as you can dream of a sales person. Tech savvy and respectful. I am personally going through some rough roads and I was hesitating whether go through the classic "dealership experience". OMG. Such a smooth and relaxed process.
