I had a VERY good online purchase and transaction experience with Dana for my sons 2016 Ford Explorer XLT. I was able to speak with several employees on the phone (from my location in Northern Michi experience with Dana for my sons 2016 Ford Explorer XLT. I was able to speak with several employees on the phone (from my location in Northern Michigan) to verify the safety of the vehicle, clean Carfax, and very low miles. I had great help completing the paperwork with Ryan on line to meet the requirements of NY and Dana. And lastly am VERY appreciative of Ryan for also helping me arrange and safely transport the Explorer to Northern Michigan. All three employees of Dana were responsive, efficient, professional, accurate, and met my needs. Thank you and I would highly recommend Dana to anyone shopping online.
