I contacted Dover Chevrolet regarding a recall notice for my Silverado. They were responsive and friendly and helped me get an appointment scheduled. At my appointment they were polite and timely and updat my Silverado. They were responsive and friendly and helped me get an appointment scheduled. Took my 07 duramax in for oil Change service and fuel filter change. They also rotated my tires. My complaint is that they didn't tighten about half of the 8 plastic nuts per wheel that hold the hub cap filter change. They also rotated my tires.
