For years I have dreamed of owning a Range Rover. We are finally in a position to make that dream a reality. I’ve seen ads for treasure coast so I wanted to give them a shot. After reading the reviews I felt trusted with Ameila. I gave her a call and she found me our beautiful Range Rover Sport Autobiography! Since I am out of state. She immediately sent me over photos and videos to showcase the beautiful ride. Amelia made the process so smooth, we were turned over to Jennifer who is AWESOME! She got our F&I all handled, this made the in store process so easy. We flew down and picked her up Saturday, Ameila had the car in the delivery bay and captured the reaction of me seeing the car for the first time, I couldn’t believe it. The whole team at JLR Treasure Coast made this experience something we will never forget. Bernard refused to add graciously the missing floor rubber mats for the 2013 Range Rover Evoque that I was getting ready to buy. The dealership cost would have been about 50.00 $ - I therefore canceled rubber mats for the 2013 Range Rover Evoque that I was getting ready to buy. The dealership cost would have been about 50.00 $ - I therefore canceled the deal. That was on Dec 19th 2024. As of today Jan 23 2025 the car is still sitting on their lot despite their lowering the price by 2,500 $ not to mention the daily financing interest the dealership adding up !!!! Bernard was very clumsy not accepting my request. Since then, I move on and bought another brand new car from another dealership who was very happy to get my business… More
