Buyer Beware I received a phone call from them stating I was pre-approved for a loan. Wasted 2 hours of my time for nothing. Pre-approval means nothing, they do I received a phone call from them stating I was pre-approved for a loan. Wasted 2 hours of my time for nothing. Pre-approval means nothing, they do not state the small print "based on credit, lender, car, and other factors". I even asked questions before making appointment and was misled. Person I made appointment with was nowhere to be seen, extremely rude and inconsiderate, poor customer service. Would not deal with this establishment or recommend to anyone.
