Currently have a vehicle in the shop. I have questions about the invoice. I have spoke to the service writer, Jennifer, over the phone twice. Both times she sent me to the VM of the servi I have questions about the invoice. I have spoke to the service writer, Jennifer, over the phone twice. Both times she sent me to the VM of the service manager, Brad. No return call. Then I called Brad directly and left 2 VMs over a week's time. No return call. Horrible service...won't do business with them again. More

I made a annual check on my car and they do not make a good job, after a few days after I start to have problem with the battery I call them for explain the problem but they do not help me , no support , good job, after a few days after I start to have problem with the battery I call them for explain the problem but they do not help me , no support , no good customer service , I don’t think I will come back in this place anymore. Talked with a lady in service prior to getting the Works package on our Jeep and was told a price beforehand. After oil change was done they increased the price .. I was lied to by this lady in the service package on our Jeep and was told a price beforehand. After oil change was done they increased the price .. I was lied to by this lady in the service dept. and her response when asked was, it happens. I can promise, Jack Schmitt Ford will never again service any of my vehicles, including my Ford. So, if you want the old bait and switch salesman talk, this your dealership, Not Mine ! More

I was greeted by a friendly and cooperative representative. The service thereafter was of the highest quality. The Edge was serviced in a very professional and when I was notified she was fin representative. The service thereafter was of the highest quality. Was pleased with the service. They got me in on time and performed the service in a timely manner. First time visit to this service Department, hadn't bought a new car in a long time. Received a notification from my Ford Pass that it was do soon for an oil change, scheduled on line, drove right in a bought a new car in a long time. Received a notification from my Ford Pass that it was do soon for an oil change, scheduled on line, drove right in at scheduled time, in was painless, in and out in 40 minutes, with a car wash and full service, great service will be back for next service do. More
