I purchased this vehicle from them last week , Upon entering the vehicle there was a horrible Smoke smell from the previous owner. Also the ambient lights were not functioning properly the upper parts entering the vehicle there was a horrible Smoke smell from the previous owner. Also the ambient lights were not functioning properly the upper parts were all extremely dim and I addressed Issue right away and they made a service appointment for me to drop the car off which takes me almost 2 hours each way from San Diego to drive up to Laguna Niguel. At first they denied that there was anything wrong with the vehicle then my service advisor Tarek and my salesperson Jennifer brought 2 other EQS 580s to compare the vehicles and they have both determined that the lights were faulty. So I drove back to San Diego to wait for them to fix my car until this Monday the 17. Only to get a text message from them stating that there is nothing wrong with my vehicle. Wow is all I can say to their unprofessional treatment of their customers and wasting their time and money. It is a $2000.00 a month vehicle and God knows how they treat their clients after the deal is done who buy less expensive cars. I will be attaching the pictures below. More

Easy story, I walked in we sit down less then 30 mins and I told Saleman give me a good price and we can go with it. She went downstairs and come out with $1k off msrp , I was satisfied and agree to pay the I told Saleman give me a good price and we can go with it. She went downstairs and come out with $1k off msrp , I was satisfied and agree to pay the price which have the total she give to me. we finish the whole process less then 2 hours . After I got home and recalculate and take a clear look on the contract, they add $10k more on the rent fee! That is the Part that Saleman never mention about it ! I think this is their trick to hide the total cost of the car. So now I'm three years of leasing I have to pay that extra $10k so for the c300 i have now paying $930 a month . If a dealership can't be honest on their price . I won't really recommend anyone to buy from them. More
