Personnel is pleasant, but following through on tasks is lacking. 1. My vehicle was not ready with installed prepaid accessories at pick up. I then could not be accommodated to have said accessories ins lacking. 1. My vehicle was not ready with installed prepaid accessories at pick up. I then could not be accommodated to have said accessories installed at a later date on a Saturday, after the mistake was on your end. I had to be refunded the money for the accessories and labor. Business was lost on your end. 2. Insurance was not taken care of before pick up, when I was told it would be. Luckily I suspected it wasn’t taken care of, and took it upon myself to make sure it was done before I headed out to pick up my new vehicle. Due to living over an hour away this would have prevented me from picking up as my insurance was closed by the time I arrived. 3. Living over an hour away makes it logistically difficult to make it all work with my work schedule. The dealership is open until 7:00 pm, but could not accommodate a 6-6:30 pm pick up because my sales associate leaves at 5:00 pm. This required me to miss work. I could have made several unnecessary trips to the dealership due to lack of attention to detail and following through on the basics of being a sales associate. It does make the impression that once the purchase agreement is signed, the care for customer drops off. This does not set well after spending over $50k. I am not saying I would not give Metro Ford another chance, but this should be taken as constructive criticism and rectified. More

jenn was absolutely the easiest car dealer I've ever worked with in my entire life. She listened to my needs. She met my needs and worked with me on a fair and equitable purchase. When I was offered a cruise with the purchase and then denied that cruise because I was purchasing from out of state jenn went to bat for me to make sure that I got that cruise i was assuming i would get . Not only that, but there was some damage to the truck prior to me purchasing it, and she stuck to her word about getting the damage repaired. She also brought the vehicle to me to the DMV in my city stayed with me while the paperwork was completed to make sure that everything That needs to be done was done. She went above and beyond she should be running the place.!! More

This dealership has a wide variety of vehicles to choose from. What really impressed me was how patient Rob and Bill were when I changed my mind after some of the paperwork had been done on the EcoSport. Bu from. What really impressed me was how patient Rob and Bill were when I changed my mind after some of the paperwork had been done on the EcoSport. But I love the Nissan Sentra so it all worked out. At least Bill didn't get to the stage where he turns his desk into a smart board. I admit I'm lousy at buying cars, especially since I didn't have anyone with me to give me advice. And I also should have looked at other cars instead of just looking at the website. But I was constrained by the amount I could put down and the monthly payment I could handle. I needed wheels and vanity didn't play into it-necessity did. I thank everyone at Metro Ford for their time and work on my behalf. Sherry Tourtual More
