After a harrowing evacuation experience with gas stations either out of gas or without power to pump it, I wanted a car with great fuel mileage and decided that had to be a diesel E class. Long story short, Lester Jones and Moss Motors helped me, a stranger off the street waiting for a pay check from South Africa, by letting me have a car while they held my down payment check for almost three weeks. Because of the respectful and helpful way they treated me during that extremely stressful time, I have been a loyal customer over the years and count both Lester and Jennifer (and others) more as family than sales reps. Love them and the cars they sell. They listened to my story and bent over backward to accommodate my situation. More

Could not have been better I looked at several makes of cars at about 5 dealerships. Nobody else was as friendly, straightforward, and relaxed as the Moss team. The salesman (Bill), the saleslady who spoke with me once when Bill was tied up (I had dropped in for a followup)...Jennifer, the dealership manager (Tony), the business manager (Brad) and the concierge (Brian) were all very helpful. Everybody was laid back and helped make my experience pressure free and simple. Bill listened, and helped me get a great car at a good price. Brian very skillfully and patiently explained everything I need to know. I would recommend Moss Mercedes to anyone and if I like the car as much as I expect to, it is highly likely that I'll buy my next car here. More

Jennifer went to work and found us a GL550 slated for build and added the options we wanted that day. Our new MB was delivered to us a few weeks later. This is the third MB we buy from Moss Motors and the second with Jennifer. She really goes out of her way to insure our car buying experience is easy, quick and trouble free.
