Immediate assistance, not overwhelming, clean they work with you regarding your needs not to make a sale!! Plenty of inventory, the whole atmosphere overall was extremely friendly and welcoming. Waited six months to get my second key for my vehicle, not good on Toyotas part for having customers wait to get a second key. Was very afraid to lose the one key they gave me, when I called customer serv not good on Toyotas part for having customers wait to get a second key. Was very afraid to lose the one key they gave me, when I called customer service and express my concerns about it, they didn’t seem to care that they are only giving customers one key. There reasoning was they are behind on making keys. More
