Easy and fast appointment scheduled. Drop-off was also fast and easy. Communication / phone call, during repair to keep me updated was great. Repair was completed when promised and expec Drop-off was also fast and easy. Communication / phone call, during repair to keep me updated was great. Repair was completed when promised and expected. Service department took care of all the communication with the extended warrantee company. $100 deductible charge for $1,800 of repairs. Car returned clean. Couldn't have had a better experience.
