Chad the service manager went above and beyond, when he didn’t have to, to fix my car after another dealership messed it up. He went after that dealership and saved me from having to bring my car back to t didn’t have to, to fix my car after another dealership messed it up. I had my Hyundai Tucson serviced at the Morries on 394 in St. Louis Park, MN. recently The service rep. told me my car would be available later that day. She then called and said it wouldn't be ready to pi St. Louis Park, MN. recently The service rep. told me my car would be available later that day. She then called and said it wouldn't be ready to pick up the same day but said it would definitely be ready the next day. I returned the next day, and it wasn't ready. It wasn't ready the next day either. Nobody called to tell me it would not be ready. I called and left message with the service manager 2x and she never called back or messaged me in any way. I'm very unhappy with this experience! Very poor customer service. I will go elsewhere! More
