My 10k oil change was great. My service rep, Jennifer, was spot on. I mentioned that I had an issue with my windshield wiper motor not spraying water on the windshield. I was adv My service rep, Jennifer, was spot on. I mentioned that I had an issue with my windshield wiper motor not spraying water on the windshield. I was advised that the screen needed to be replaced at a cost of $650. Most of the cost was labor. I mentioned that I would wait and possibly get another estimate. When the car was ready I was advised that they did pushed the repair through as a warranty even though I was out of warranty. Jennifer came through big time. I can always trust for excellent service with West Palm Beaches Audi. Great job. More
