Terrible service, I won't come back here again. I just returned from West Kendall Toyota, supposedly I had an appointment for today at 7 in the morning and I was the first to arrive there, they di I just returned from West Kendall Toyota, supposedly I had an appointment for today at 7 in the morning and I was the first to arrive there, they did not respect my order of arrival, nor the appointment I had and they sent me to line up at an office with several people in front that I don't know where they came from......, when I explained to the young woman who was there, she practically told me that that was not her problem..., this is a total lack of respect for customers Because if you have an appointment for 7 in the morning, the time the service opens, you assume that you will be attended to at that time. More

Don't waste your time at this dealership. Find another one ASAP. THEY SOLD THE CAR WE HAD RESERVED!!! We went to speak with a sales rep about leasing a car. The sales rep didn't even gives us Find another one ASAP. THEY SOLD THE CAR WE HAD RESERVED!!! We went to speak with a sales rep about leasing a car. The sales rep didn't even gives us his name just told us to sit and he would be right back. After waiting for almost 30 minutes, we walked out and left. The online sales team we were chatting with (very good team by the way) asked for us to come back the following week because the vehicle we had reserved (we put $$ down) was ready for pick up. When we arrive we were made to wait, AGAIN, only for them to tell us that THEY SOLD THE CAR WE HAD RESERVED!!! terrible customer service at this dealer. They had no regard for our time and the money we put down for the car we were told was on hold for US. Very disappointing experience. More

Terrible service. They made a mistake with my battery warranty, after a complaning the Service Manager offer me a call back and she never did. I recently purchased a vehicle from there. Let me start by saying they staff was very friendly and nice to my wife, sons and myself. I had put a deposit on a incoming vehicle and when it came Let me start by saying they staff was very friendly and nice to my wife, sons and myself. I had put a deposit on a incoming vehicle and when it came in I went to the dealership. However the day before its arrival the dealership advertised a dealership discount on their website. When i raised an showed them their ad. Which by the way was still active on the internet, they stated "Oh thats management posting that to get people in the door then the sales staff has to tell them thats not going to happen." To me that it illegal. I have bought many car and know the process. It was the same car and the ad. was still active. Bad for the sales staff they on see me or that vehicle again. Only reason why we bought it was because it was exaclty what my wife wanted and we had already been waiting over 5 weeks for it to arrive.​ More

Very untrust worthy. I purchased a Maserati from this dealership in May 2020. A GAP policy was added to my financing. Unfortunately, my vehicle was stolen in October 2021. When I called the GAP covera dealership in May 2020. A GAP policy was added to my financing. Unfortunately, my vehicle was stolen in October 2021. When I called the GAP coverage I was informed that the policy was cancelled 2 days after purchase because they do not coverage this type of vehicle. And the dealer was contacted the day of cancellation. But the dealer never told me. Therefore, I ended up paying the balance of the car loan out of pocket after my car insurance settled. I contacted Carmelo, Financing Director, at West Kendall Toyota on November 24th 2021, he said they will give me the refund of the cost of the policy. Today is January 22, 2022 and I have not received a penny!!! More
