This was my second visit to get a trailer hitch installed, which I thought would be simple. The first time it was not started nor completed b/c I had also asked to have the AC/heater system looked installed, which I thought would be simple. The first time it was not started nor completed b/c I had also asked to have the AC/heater system looked at. I was told they always do diagnosis first and GM computers were down. Service advisor (female) was reiterating how hard it is to diagnose EVs, saying they may need to keep our vehicle for days. Her demeanor was super negative and it was like she had a distinct bias against EVs - it was very off-putting after buying a brand new EV from this dealership (we actually really like our Blazer EV). My husband works in automotive and he is adamant that EVs are actually less complex to work on and she is overstating how ‘hard’ it is. Very annoying experience. Pickup from another advisor was pleasant. More
