Scheduled my service with ease and at time I requested. The gentleman checking my car in was polite and professional. Jeffrey checked me in and confirmed service and gave estimated quote for service. They took there sweet xxx time to complete the work that had to be done and had me wait unnecessarily amount of time to get my car back!!!!! I am totally pissed off, I will never ever deal with this dealer had to be done and had me wait unnecessarily amount of time to get my car back!!!!! I complained about something rattling in the front of my car. Jeff Morton's mechanic found the cause. Worn out anti-swaybar joints. Replaced and fixed in 1 day. A video of the worn out parts and checking my car. Jeff Morton's mechanic found the cause. Worn out anti-swaybar joints. Replaced and fixed in 1 day. A video of the worn out parts and checking my fluids and tread depths was sent to me. Great find. The rattling is gone. I now have piece of mind knowing my 11 year-old Prius was in good hands and is now in great shape. More

Had 2pm appointment. .arrived before 2 pm on time, was a long line in service area, the person who came out to confirm appointment name Ryan ask if I had appt I replied ye .arrived before 2 pm on time, was a long line in service area, the person who came out to confirm appointment name Ryan ask if I had appt I replied yes, then he says we are extremely busy can I leave my vehicle overnight ...I said absolutely nit. I have an appt and I am not late.. I will wait.. then he says well sometimes you make dr appointment and they have to cancel your appt so same here ...I repeated I am waiting for my vehicle....I never want to deal with him again!..he needs to be trained in better customer service etiquette. More
