After contacting several local dealers in our area, and not feeling like they wanted our business, we spoke to Dennis, then Jeff on the phone. Jeff, our salesperson, responded quickly to any questions. He took his time getting us all the information we needed, all with a no pressure approach...which was greatly appreciated. It was a pleasant hour and fifteen minute drive to Lester Glenn Honda in Sea Girt NJ. We were greeted at the door by Jeff who had the vehicle detailed and ready. Jeff was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all of our questions and made us feel like we made the right choice in choosing Lester Glenn Honda to purchase our new vehicle. We then met with Steven, the Finance Manager, who clearly explained the finance part and available warranties in great detail with no pressure. The drive was worth it! We would do it again. We absolutely recommend Lester Glenn Honda! More

Forced me into getting new licenses plates, telling me there was no way I could keep them even though I’ve had no issues transferring my plates in the past. I spent weeks without plates because of delays there was no way I could keep them even though I’ve had no issues transferring my plates in the past. I spent weeks without plates because of delays and my plates being stolen in the mail which would have never been an issue when I told the salesperson AND finance manager that they gave me no good reason why I couldn’t keep my plates. Plus they gave me a car with no gas, didn’t vacuum it out or anything. Traveled 2 hours for that specific vehicle, but Lester Gleen gives Jersey car dealerships an absolutely atrocious reputation. Maybe I didn’t look rich enough to be purchasing a vehicle from them. They’re super concerned about your experience, the president sends you a letter and even asks you to email him if you have any concerns before submitting your survey. Did he bother to respond? Of course not! More
