My experience was exceptional at Lake Chevrolet in Milwaukee, WI! JJ in sales was absolutely fantastic at giving me all the vehicle information and financial information I was seeking before I even ma Milwaukee, WI! JJ in sales was absolutely fantastic at giving me all the vehicle information and financial information I was seeking before I even made the 3hr drive to seal the deal for the exact vehicle I was searching for-for months!! JJ even got me a special WI gift... he had left a package of WI cheese curds in my vehicle that we had discussed in our test drive and to my suprise he had bought some and left them in back seat for me when I got the keys he showed me my cute little gift. Mack the financial specialist was also exceptional! Mack was very informative with all the financial details I needed to complete the purchase transaction! 10/10 recommend!! More

Their customer service, along with their demeanor, was poor to say the least. They presented as dismissive and arrogant. They spoke in a manner that either take what we have to offer or you can leave. I d poor to say the least. They presented as dismissive and arrogant. If I didn't need the vehicle I purchased, I would have left your establishment and taken my business elsewhere. I would never recommend your dealership to anyone because I don't think your finance department appreciates hardworking, paying customers. Your salesperson had excellent customer service and was very welcoming from the start. More
