I arrived for routine service. The service advisor (Jeff) informed me that there was an open recall and asked if I wanted to have that taken care of at this appointment. Since it would add significant time to complete, and therefore to the wait, Jeff offered to provide a ride share to take me home and pick me up once all the work on the vehicle was complete. Obviously, I preferred to wait at home instead of the dealership, so accepted the offer. I thought that action demonstrated superior customer service. More

My car was there for over a month. Took a week and a half to diagnose an electrical issue. I agreed to a very expensive repair with the promise that the repair would resolve the vehicl Took a week and a half to diagnose an electrical issue. I agreed to a very expensive repair with the promise that the repair would resolve the vehicle complaints. The next weeks I had no communication with my writer Samantha unless I contacted her. She would respond to email hours later and I was totally unable to get thru by phone, even when calling main number. I had to go to the service dept and speak with a manager. When my vehicle was completed, I picked it up and the issues in my complaint were handled…BUT, my washer fluid hoses were not connected, my radio screen was reinstalled and not flush. I no longer had Sirius radio, audio when placing or receiving calls, no auto start, no backup camera and no fog lights. Understandably these were aftermarket and installed by a very reputable facility, with the exception of the washer hoses, but not a word from Toyota that they disconnected and did not reinstall. I emailed the manager but never received a response. I am amazed at the poor customer service and lack of response from management. Please note that Jeffrey Cicero was not my service writer but when he filled in for my assigned writer, he emailed me twice and left a message on my phone with status all on the same day! Prestige is lucky to have him. It’s a shame the rest of the service department doesn’t seem to make an effort! I took my vehicle to my regular mechanic to install the wiper nozzles and hoses and will be taking it back to my installer to get the other items fixed, all at my expense…….what an awful experience! More

Had my 2029 RAV4 service and Jeffrey Cicero did a great job in handling my service request and kept me undated on the status of my vehicle. He insured that all active coupons were applied and promptly call job in handling my service request and kept me undated on the status of my vehicle.
