When my car is in the shop there why should I go 567 days
without knowing what's going on with it. Why didn't somebody call me to let me know exactly what was going on with my car? My car was in there for 2
without knowing what's going on with it. Why didn't somebody call me to let me know exactly what was going on with my car? My car was in there for 2 weeks on two different occasions within 5 weeks. Nobody seemed to know what was going on with it. No loaner car available apparently. So I don't trust the service department to take care of my needs anymore.
