I purchased a Genesis from this dealership and I bought Gap insurance and was assured I could cancel it at any time. Last fall I called and asked to cancel. They said I had to come in person and fill out a form even after I asked if I could just email or fax it. I thought this is a bad sign but fine I would do it. On Oct 1, 2021 I went into the dealership, filled out the proper form with Siamak Broomand and was assured again they would cancel the Gap insurance and refund the difference. I have called and asked them on multiple occasions since October and they still have not credited my account. They do not return my calls and Siamak Broomand never takes my calls. I have spoken with 2 other finance people who said they would tell Siamak and that it would be taken care of. I am currently escalating action against them but I would not purchase anything from them given how much time and effort it has taken me to deal with them after the vehicle purchase. A good business should take care of their customers after the sale instead of running them around. They have lost a customer in me and everyone who asks in the future.

I finally received a personal call from Chris (sales manager) and Nicole. They were very apologetic and made no excuses. They were able to find the date payment was made to my bank and then I was able to contact my bank so they could find it and credit my account. In the end everything has worked out and I do appreciate Chris and Nicole making up for the mistakes of their colleague. Because of them and the fact I had such a good purchase experience I will go back to purchase my next Hyundai/Genesis from them (as long as I get a different Finance person). Thank you Chris and Nicole, you have regained a loyal customer.
