Frederic was amazing from first conversation to follow up after I had the car. He really eased the transition for me into an electric car! He kept in touch about car availability. Without Frederic's willingness to deliver a car to my home and Frederic and Jeff's help getting all the details sorted out in advance virtually, I would not have been able to get a car! Even after making an appointment, I was told that my basic service (oil change and tire rotation with associated fluid and tire checks) would take two hours. After 2-1/2 hours, I was finally informed t basic service (oil change and tire rotation with associated fluid and tire checks) would take two hours. After 2-1/2 hours, I was finally informed that the work was completed. I then had to complete paperwork, and my car was finally delivered approximately fifteen minutes later. This service should not have taken any longer than 30 minutes. If you are going to have an appointment system, then the length of stay should be no longer than that required for the service. I recommended the use of this service center with reservations. You should have provided more variances in rating this service. More

The salesman Mr. Roos was very knowledgeable of the inventory on the lot and found me the vehicle and interest rate that I could afford and still was able to get my favorite car on the lot. I was set on an All Wheel Drive vehicle and the Nissan Altima I purchased had everything I wanted included on the car. I appreciate the great customer service and making the car buying experience enjoyable. I’m looking forward to driving my new Altima and would highly recommend Future Nissan of Folsom to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.
